Standing on top of a hill it commands panoramic views across the Devon and Cornwall countryside. It is a beautiful detached house of superior standard surrounded by well-maintained gardens and lawns, sculptured by rockeries with beds of rhododendrons, azaleas and roses.
Mount Pleasant is close to the north Cornish coast and the market towns of Launceston and Tavistock. Easily accessible from the A30 and the A39 Atlantic Highway, the cottage makes an ideal centre for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
The cottage is avaialble from March to the end of October for weekly rental, and can accommodate up to five adults (one double, one twin, one single). A cot is also available.
The cottage is unsuitable for wheelchair users. Strictly no smoking and no pets.
