detached cottage offering self catering holiday accommodation of a superior standard and is surrounded by well-maintained gardens and lawns,
sculptured by rockeries with beds of rhododendrons, azaleas and roses.
Mount Pleasant is close to the north Cornish coast with Bude, Boscastle and Tintagel all within easy reach. The market towns of Launceston and
Tavistock and Dartmoor National Park are also nearby. Easily accessible from the A30 and the A39 Atlantic Highway,
the cottage makes an ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday exploring the many attractions of Devon and Cornwall.
The cottage is available from March to the end of October for weekly rental, and can accommodate up to five adults (one double, one twin, one single). A cot is also available.
The cottage is unsuitable for wheelchair users. Strictly no smoking and no pets.
